      What is the shelf life of HTS-735 II?
        HTS-735II Fluxless Brazing Rod stores indefinitely because there is no flux it is composed of 100% metal alloy.  If the rod ever does become dull simply take a piece of sand paper and brighten it up again.






     It is possible to join two non-ferrous metals?

         Join any two nonferrous metals together such as copper to brass , galvanize to aluminum ,  aluminum  to copper.  The possibilities are endless .




       
     
How about using Oxy-Acetylene?
       
 You are welcome to use any heat source at all , as long as you can make the surface you are working on melt the rod . Just match the heat source to item you are working on. 




 

          

      What type of working window do I have with HTS-735 II              Aluminum Brazing Rod?            
         The melting point of HTS-735II is at least 400 degrees below that of aluminum. Heat the area to be repaired, checking the temperature of the surface with the rod often as soon as the area melts the rod start regulating the heat.  Move the heat about 1" in front of the rod   when working on a crack or joint .
